World Day for Consecrated Life NJ

The Diocese of Metuchen (NJ) celebrated World Day for Consecrated Life by praying Evening Prayer at the Cathedral of St. Francis of Assisi in Metuchen on Sunday, February 3.
The celebration also recognized the 2013 Diocesan Jubilarians for their service to the diocese and the Church. Among the group of jubilarians celebrating this year are SM Rebecca Piatek who ministers as the principal at Perth Amboy Catholic School and S Cynthia Marie Babyak who ministers as campus minister at Bishop Ahr High School in Edison. Both sisters are golden jubilarians.
Many religious and the laity were present to celebrate religious life and the jubilarians. Felician Sisters in attendance at the Evening Prayer along with the celebrating jubilarians included S Donna Marie Trukowski, SM Charles Wienckoski, S Dorothy Mary Sajczuk and SM Michaelita Wiechetek.
